Kapok is a fiber extracted from the seed pod of the kapok tree. The tree is grown chiefly in mainland Asia and in Indonesia. Sometimes called silk cotton or java cotton, this moisture-resistant, quick-drying, resilient, buoyant. Fiber has been used in life preservers and other water-safety equipment. Kapok is also used to stuff pillow, mattresses, cushions, upholstered furniture, life jackets, etc.
Processes in producing kapok fiber :
1.    Harvesting the kapok fruit during dry season
2.    Removing fiber from the pods
3.    Sun drying the fibers
4.    Separating the fibers from the seeds
5.    Packaging.

We produce two grade of kapok fiber, which are:  Kapok CM-Full (Grade A), kapok C-Min(Grade B). Samples are available upon request.
